Returns Policy 

At AMIA THE LABEL, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That’s why we offer a credit note on eligible returns to ensure your satisfaction.

  • We do not offer refunds – only credit notes are issued for approved returns.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • Once approved, you must provide a tracking number within 3 business days. If not the tracking is not provided within these 3 days, you’ll need to reapply via email.

Eligibility Criteria

We accept returns for most reasons — including sizing issues, change of mind, or if the item isn’t as expected — as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached

  • No traces of tan, makeup, or perfume

  • Return request is made within the required timeframe

  • Item is not a sale or promotional item, and not ineligible due to hygiene (e.g., swimwear or underwear)

How to Return

Email us at hello@amiathelabel.com.au with your order details to request a return. If accepted, you’ll receive confirmation and next steps.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a credit note (excluding shipping costs) via email. Credit notes are valid for 12 months and can be used storewide.

Important Notes

  • Final sale items and promotional purchases are not returnable

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@amiathelabel.com.au. We will arrange a suitable resolution (replacement or refund depending on the situation).
