RETURNS POLICY

At AMIA THE LABEL, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your needs. That's why we have a hassle-free returns policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Once we have accepted your request you will have 3 business days to provide us with a tracking confirmation for the return. If the return is not processed within the 3 days, you will need to reapply for a return via our email.

We accept returns for most reasons, whether it's a sizing issue, a change of mind, or if the product doesn't meet your expectations.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team at HELLO@amiathelabel.com.au. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached with NO traces of tan, makeup or perfume.

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email confirming your return (not including shipping) and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days upon us receiving your items. 

It's important to note that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear and swimwear. Additionally, any items marked as final sale or purchased during a promotional period may not be eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

For international customers, please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
